Holiday Accommodation

The living area is a delightful 22 foot room with comfortable furnishings, an open Victorian style fireplace (logs provided), TV with Now TV box (freeview channels and access to catch up apps/YouTube/Netflix etc), DVD player and incorporating a well equipped kitchen. The front door opens directly onto the child friendly lawn, which gets full sun on those bright days!

The bathroom has a shower bath. A freezer and washing machine are provided in the utility.

All electricity, heating, wireless internet connection and bed linen are included in the sensibly priced rates. Bath, hand and tea towels are provided, I just ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Parking is directly outside the property, and within the gates. Additional parking is available if you need it.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the cottage and own garden. We welcome guests to explore our smallholding.

Other things to note

We accept 1 dog over the age of 12 months (at £20 per stay) but like to point out that we have free range ducks and chickens that can potentially access your garden area. There is a low fence and gate around your garden that a large dog could probably jump, or a small dog go under. When outside of your garden please keep dogs on the lead. Please let me know if you intend to bring your dog and I will adjust your booking accordingly.

Dogs are not to be left unattended in the cottage. If you like to cuddle your companion on the sofa please bring a blanket or throw to protect the furniture. No dogs in beds please, unless you bring your own bedding.

Paradise Farm is home to our family too so please expect to see and hear our children Alfie (15) and Amelie (11) playing outside. They love to meet our guests as much as we do, in particular showing any children their pets! We have 2 friendly dogs who like to give all our guests a very warm welcome too.

Please note that the property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 guests, inclusive of any children, toddlers or babies.
